Access to the property is via the side stairs that has a lockable security gate half way up. At the top of the stairs is a lockable door on to the balcony and to the double front doors accessing the Lounge/Kitchen and the hallway to the 2 bedrooms, and the shared bathroom. There is also an En-Suite bathroom off the bedroom. The balcony is large enough for 6 people to sit round a table, the BBQ and sunbeds.

From the balcony there are views of the pool and tennis court plus further views to the valley and the mountains beyond where the sun sets.
